We are seeking to appoint a Director of Hospitality and Accommodation Services with responsibility for the delivery and strategic development of the University's facilities management services encompassing student accommodation, sport, catering, conference and retail facilities - activities which generate an annual turnover of £43m, and form the largest hospitality organisation in the West Midlands.
Reporting to the University Registrar and Secretary, you will have a proven track record of delivering commercial success and providing high quality services to a diverse range of stakeholders. Extensive senior management experience within a hospitality/service environment of significant scale and complexity is required.
As a member of the Registrar's senior management team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the long term future of a prestigious institution undergoing a significant period of change and development.
